Analytics & TrackingNumbers every channel can trust.

GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI set up so every channel's numbers can be trusted.

01 Tracking pipeline

From a click to every platform that needs it.

Good tracking starts with one clean event that every tool reads. Choose a user action to see the event it creates and where it goes.

1 · User actionForm submitted
2 · dataLayer event
dataLayer.push({
  "event": "generate_lead",
  "form_id": "contact",
  "service": "bookkeeping",
  "value": 0,
  "currency": "BDT"
});
3 · Tag managerTrigger: generate_leadTags fire with consent respected
4 · Destinations

GA4

Google Analytics 4 — the event-based analytics foundation.

Best for
Understanding behaviour across the whole site.
What it needs
  • A tagging plan
  • Key events marked as conversions
  • Consent configured

03 Conversion journey

From user action to decision.

Select a stage to see how an action becomes a trustworthy number.

Discrepancies found in reporting feed back into the tagging plan and fixes.

Stage 1 of 6

User action

Something meaningful happens on the site.

  • Actions mapped to business goals
  • Consent respected
  • Both success and errors considered

04 Strategy to launch

Plan, implement, validate, report.

Tracking is planned on paper first, then built and checked against real actions.

  1. Audit

    Existing tracking checked for gaps, duplicates and broken tags.

    Output Tracking audit

  2. Tagging plan

    Every event and parameter defined against business goals.

    Output Tagging plan

  3. GA4 & GTM

    GA4 configured and Tag Manager built from the plan.

    Output Configured GA4/GTM

  4. Pixels & server-side

    Ad platform pixels and server-side events with deduplication.

    Output Pixel & CAPI setup

  5. Validation & QA

    Events cross-checked against real user actions.

    Output QA validation log

  6. Dashboards

    Reporting dashboard built, with ongoing accuracy checks.

    Output Reporting dashboard

05 Alignment

Action, event and conversion — the same thing.

A conversion should mean exactly what the business thinks it means. Compare aligned and misaligned versions.

Lead

Repeats the intent

Why this works: The event fires on success, not just a page view, so leads are counted correctly.

06 Measurement

Measuring the measurement.

Tracking quality can itself be checked. Select a concept to see how.

Question it answers
Whether every important action is measured.
Watch out for
Missing events make channels look worse than they are.

08 FAQ

Analytics & Tracking questions, answered.

Why don't our platforms agree?

Each platform counts and attributes differently, and privacy settings limit data. Clean events, deduplication and server-side tracking reduce the gaps; some difference always remains.

Do we need server-side tracking?

For advertisers relying on platform optimisation, server-side events (like Meta's Conversions API) usually improve data completeness. The audit recommends where it's worth it.

Will this work with our consent banner?

Yes. Tracking is configured to respect consent choices, and we explain what is and isn't collected.

Who maintains it after setup?

We can monitor and maintain it, or hand over documentation so your team can. Either way, the tagging plan keeps it understandable.
